BCC collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver any services which you request, and may also use that information to inform you of other products or services available from BCC.  If you purchase BCC's products and services, we also collect billing and credit card information.  This information is used to complete the transaction.

BCC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. 

BCC may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our Website.

To the extent you provide it to BCC, such as in connection with BCC Camperships or Holiday Basket Programs, BCC will collect personally identifiable information related to children under the age of thirteen.
